Clubhouse Exercise Room and Basketball Court Opening - Thursday, June 24, 2021
The downstairs of the clubhouse, inclusive of the basketball court and the exercise room will be opening on 6-25-2021. Residents only. No guests. We encourage you to wear masks inside the clubhouse. There are hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes throughout the lower level of the clubhouse. The meeting room remains closed at this time.  
Tennis Court - Saturday, May 15, 2021
The tennis court will open on May 18, 2021. You must sign up on this website to reserve your court time. Follow the instructions on the sign up page. You may only play singles at this time. No doubles.

Follow the safety guidelines that are posted on the gate next to each entrance to the court. Sweep the court when you are done playing. Please close the door gates when you leave the court.  

Safety and Security - Saturday, February 27, 2021
On the evening of February 24, 2021 a few vehicles were entered and items were gone through. One vehicle was taken. Numerous locations in Danbury had similar activities the same night.

An Important Notice was sent to all residents reminding them to always lock their vehicles and never leave keys in the vehicle. Not locking your vehicle and leaving keys in the vehicle may result in the activities described above.

Keep your outside lights on at night and be sensitive to unusual noises or activities. Call the police if you have any security concerns.  

Clubhouse Remains Closed - Thursday, February 25, 2021
The clubhouse is still closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. The CDC guidleines are being monitored. The health and safety of our residents are vitally important. We will continue to gather information as to when amenities can be opened for residents and what restrictions will be put in place.  
Waste Transfer Station - Thursday, February 25, 2021
Residents recently received background information about the proposed Waste Transfer Station on Plumtrees Road. You also received a template letter to send to the mayor opposing this project. It is vitally important that you download, sign and send this letter to the mayor as soon as possible.  
Speeding - Thursday, February 25, 2021
Many of our residents are walking throughout the complex. Some drivers are speeding well above our posted speed limit. It important to adhere to our speed limit. Report viollators to the management company. Give color, make and plate number of speeding vehicle. Include date and time of your observation.  
Pool/Gym/Clubhouse Remain Closed - Friday, June 12, 2020
All residents received notice that our pool, gym and clubhouse will remian closed as a result of Covid-19. The health and safety of our residents was top priority for this decision. We are sorry for the inconvenience.  
Clubhouse Closing Due to COVID-19 - Tuesday, March 17, 2020
You have received an e-mail from our management company indicating that our clubhouse will be closed as of 5:00 PM on 3-17-2020. This action is being taken by the Board of Directors and is in line with local and state action and with the health of all individuals within our community as our priority.  
COVID-19 - Monday, March 16, 2020
It is imperative that all residents follow the guidelines being set forth by the health agencies and the State of Connecticut to protect yourself and family from this virus. Stay out of group settings and continue to wash your hands. Consider assisting your neighbors who are unable to go out by offering to do some shopping for them.  
Speeding/ Stop Signs / Parking
Some residents have been traveling well above our posted speed limit. All residents need to obey our posted speed limit.

Some residents are not stopping at our STOP signs. Residents need to make a full stop at all STOP signs.

Parking rules are being enforced. It is expected that all residents obey our parking rules and use their garage and driveway per our rules. If you have a two car garage, two cars must occupy the garage and two cars must be on the driveway (if you have four vehicles). For a single car garage, one car must be in the garage and one car on the driveway (if you have two vehicles).  

Safety and Security
Please be advised that in addition to locking your vehicles and keeping some outside lights on, it is important to make sure your home is locked at all times.
